Hello.
ABOUT
Moira Bradley has been a board certified licensed physical therapy practitioner since 1986. She has worked in private practice orthopedics incorporating advanced manual therapy techniques for treatment of various musculoskeletal dysfunctions for most of her career. In 2021, she completed the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Certification by Tom Myers, which is an alternative method of bodywork based on Ida Rolf’s work. This work incorporates myofascial meridians, which are pathways of fascia in the body. This allows deeper, lasting changes through anatomical precision and movement re-education. Moira combines her knowledge of physical therapy, manual therapy skills and structural integration approach to help address each client’s dysfunctions. Moira uses a whole body system approach to help get to the ‘root’ of the problem vs chasing the symptoms. Her goal is to help unwind and restore resilience in the spine and body, and help one find more ‘harmony’ in one’s body.
Moira is certified in the rehab STOTT pilates reformer training for spinal, pelvic and scapula stabilization and peripheral joint stabilization. She will integrate her pilates training to help her clients hold and maintain the changes made in the sessions.
